How We Treat
1 / Identify and Evaluate
The first step to solving a problem is correctly identifying the problem. During the initial evaluation we will do a systems review and movement screen to evaluate your base line and determine the root cause of any potential problems.
2 / Manual Therapy
Various manual therapy techniques can be used based on personal preference and judgement of the Physical Therapist. This could include:
- Massage Therapy techniques
- Cupping
- Instrument assisted mobilization (scrapping)
- Dry needling (to be offered soon)
3 / Therapeutic Exercise
This is where the real change happens. We will find the proper dosage of exercise that will challenge your body in a healthy way in order to facilitate change and healing.
4 / Education and Support
We will provide you with education and guidance to become independent in managing your health. You will become the expert on your own body.
