“Health is a state of complete mental, social and physical well-being, not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

Health Philosophy
My mission is to educate and facilitate the advancement of personal health through movement and manual therapy, and to provide a shift in perspective to those seeking a path to optimal health.
No one else can heal your body except for yourself. Our health is a reflection of how much reverence we have for our bodies. There are foundational pillars that good health is built upon:
-Physical
-Mental/Emotional
-Spiritual

I believe all three of these pillars are interrelated, and by improving one pillar, the others can improve as well. My professional scope of practice addresses the physical aspect, but will directly impact your mental, emotional and spiritual health as well. This life is a long and beautiful journey, and I want to be a resource to those looking to ensure their body functioning at the highest level across the entire lifespan.
