What's Up! My name is Tayler Ah Nee, and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Health Coach. My passion is helping active adults stay strong, mobile, and pain-free so they can keep doing the things they love. Whether that's pilates, golf, tennis, hiking, or simply just moving with ease in their daily life.

Guidance & Education → I’ll give you a clear plan and show you what to do so you’re never guessing or spinning your wheels.

Accountability & Support → I’ll keep you on track, making sure you follow through even on the days when motivation dips. That way, you won’t fall back into old habits.

In-Person Care (Manual Therapy + Exercise) → We’ll work together in person so I can not only help you feel better right away with hands-on treatment, but also build your body up with the right exercises so this doesn’t keep coming back.
